Introduction to Lee Gyeong-soon Sound Museum

This museum is a movie material museum displaying 2,000 pieces of movie related materials that Lee Gyeong-soon,

who has the best authority in the field of film recording as a living witness of Korean movies. There are about 500 sound equipments such as a video camera around 60 years ago,

simultaneous recording equipment used at the inauguration of the President Lee Seung-man, and 70 years old phonograph.

You can see various materials related to movie recording, movie scripts, and certificates of merit. Lee Gyeong-soon, who recorded over 3,000 Korean films for 40 years from 1950 to 1990,

is known as a pioneer in the field and donated his collections to Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts.
